Cancellation / Rescheduling of Private Lessons & Small Group Classes:
1) PRIVATE LESSONS: If you have arranged and paid for a private lesson but cancel it at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting time, you are eligible to reschedule it to a mutually agreeable time (at no added expense). If the cancellation is made with less than twenty-four (24) hours of notice (or if you fail to show up for your scheduled lesson) there is NO guaranteed refund or offer of rescheduling and it is up to the discretion of the "Toefl Professor" whether or not to offer a substitute lesson or refund.
2) SMALL GROUP CLASSES: Once small group classes have been scheduled for at least three (3) students, they will meet at the agreed upon time regardless of whether or not all students are present. Therefore, there will be NO rescheduling of the small group classes and NO refunds for students who are absent from class. The only exception would be if all members of a small group class along with the "Toefl Professor" mutually agree on a change of class schedule or class cancellation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled meeting time. |
